Services
Neuorial provides AI automation, web development, SEO optimization, and AI readiness auditing. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in a written project agreement accepted by both parties before work begins.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own 100% of the code, designs, and deliverables we create for your project. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries remain under their respective licenses.
Payment
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Typical arrangements include a deposit before work begins and milestone-based payments. Late payments may result in work suspension until the balance is resolved.
Project timeline
We provide estimated timelines for each project. Delays caused by late feedback, scope changes, or third-party dependencies are not our responsibility. We communicate proactively if timelines need adjustment.
Revisions & support
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds specified in the proposal. Post-launch support is provided for 30 days after delivery. Extended maintenance is available as a separate agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat all project-related information as confidential. We do not share your business data, strategies, or proprietary information with third parties. We are happy to sign NDAs upon request.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, you pay for all work completed up to that point and we deliver all work produced.
